Nature Of Services
YOUR SETTLEMENT ASSOCIATES LLP, operating under the brand Easy Loan Settlement, provides debt advisory, loan settlement negotiation assistance, NPA resolution guidance, borrower support, and credit rehabilitation guidance services. We act as an advisory and negotiation facilitator between borrowers and lenders; we are not a bank, NBFC, or lending institution.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your loan accounts and financial circumstances. Any advice or settlement strategy provided is based on the information you disclose. We are not liable for outcomes affected by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
No Outcome Guarantee
Settlement outcomes depend on lender policies, loan status, repayment history, documentation, financial circumstances, and individual case factors. Based on our professional experience, eligible borrowers may be able to achieve savings of up to 60% of outstanding dues in certain cases. However, every case is assessed individually and no specific settlement amount, savings percentage, approval, waiver, or settlement outcome can be guaranteed.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YOUR SETTLEMENT ASSOCIATES LLP and Easy Loan Settlement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on advisory services, delays caused by lenders or third parties, or decisions made independently by the client based on our guidance.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
